The Portovaya Compressor Station facility treats gas. It removes condensate or gas hydrates, which occur under certain pressure or temperature conditions, and can dehydrate up to 170 million cubic metres of gas per day. After the gas has been treated, it flows into the compressor area before being fed into the Nord Stream Pipelines.
